រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ បានប្រកាសដាក់​ឱ្យ​អនុវត្ត “យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ​ជាតិស្តីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣-២០២៨” ក្រោមអធិបតី​ភាព​ដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្តេច​មហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ។

យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រនេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្រីក្រ និងងាយ​រង​គ្រោះ ពង្រឹងភាពធន់តាមរយៈការផ្តល់នូវការគាំពារសង្គម និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ផ្សេងៗ ព្រម​ទាំង​អភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធឱ្យក្លាយជាកម្លាំងចលករដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ​សេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រកប​ដោយ​ចីរភាព បរិយាប័ន្ន និងភាពធន់។

The Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia on October 10, 2023 launched the “National Strategy for Developing the Informal Economy 2023-2028” under the esteemed presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, Prime Minister.

The strategy aims to improve livelihood of the poor and vulnerable population, strengthen their resilience through social protection and other benefits, and develop the informal sector to become an important driving force for sustainable, inclusive and resilient economic development
