Phnom Penh, November 25, 2024 – The Khmer Enterprise Awards Night 2024 recognized 14 exceptional teams and companies, celebrating their innovation and contribution to Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Presided over by H.E. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Khmer Enterprise, the event marked the culmination of a year-long competition involving nearly 2,000 applicants.

H.E. Hem Vanndy applauded the winners and encouraged all participants to continue enhancing their ability and striving for excellence. "Success is not defined by tonight’s awards. Entrepreneurs must embrace competition, seek new knowledge, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth and future success,” he said.

The awards highlighted four categories: High School Awards, Unipreneur Awards, Startup Awards, and SME Awards, each reflecting crucial components of Cambodia's growing entrepreneurial landscape. Winners were celebrated for their creativity, resilience, and commitment to fostering economic growth and innovation.

H.E. Dr. Chhieng Vanmunin, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in Charge as the CEO of Khmer Enterprise, emphasized the awards’ significance, stating, “The Khmer Enterprise Awards Night 2024 showcases the Royal Government of Cambodia's dedication to fostering innovation and building a supportive ecosystem where ideas flourish, and businesses thrive.”
